Biography

FLOREZ RAUL QUIROGA. Born in Arequipa, Peru de1979.Estudio year at the National University of San Agustin.de Arequipa.Obteniendo the title of Master of Arts in 2002 and 2004 2004.Del is a Master of Arts in post Unit degree at the National University of San Agustin Arequipa.Desde 2000 to the Actulamente is exposing both in Peru and abroad so much. He now shares his artistic work with teaching.
